About this trip
On this quad bike (ATV) adventure into majestic Eyjafjallajökul Mountain Range, we start by driving our quad bike (ATV) on black volcanic gravel mountain tracks and cross glacial rivers.
At the first stop we enjoy the amazing view up to Eyjafjallajökul volcano, Mýrdalsjökull glacier, which is the home of Katla volcano, and Tindfjallajökull glacier.
The next stop is Merkurker canyon, where we will take a walk through an underground river.
The last stop is Nauthúsagil canyon, where we look at the Waterfall in the beautiful Nauthusagil canyon.
This tour will give you the opportunity to explore those amazing mysterious canyons and Natural wonders of Eyjafjallajökull mountain Range.
A valid driver’s license is required to drive a quad bike. Passengers must be 6 years old or older. Quad bikes (ATV) are automatic and easy to drive, so no experience is needed. The tour starts with a briefing and safety instructions. Additional 5.000 ISK are charged for a single ride, when odd numbers are booked (1, 3, 5, 7 …)
